Key responsibilities
• Assisting individuals with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping
• Supporting health and wellness needs, including medication management and attending medical appointments
• Promoting community integration and helping individuals participate in social and recreational activities
• Encouraging skill development and independence in daily tasks
• Ensuring safety and providing emergency support as needed
Qualifications
• A compassionate and patient attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a caregiving or direct support role is a plus but not required
• Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license
